Born and raised for twelve years in Texas, in 1960 Bob Hunsaker moved with his family to the San Diego area. After receiving his college education at the University of California, San Diego, Bob accumulated over 24 years experience as general contractor and in the land development industry.
In 1986, he went to work for a midsize development company as Vice President of Development. In 1992, he started a land use and construction management firm (The Highland Company), and formally began his relationship with Kerr Krueger Realty, selling properties in Valley Center.
In 1994, Bob and Cliff Krueger formed their Krueger Realty partnership as equal co-owners, opening our newest office in Valley Center. In 2005 Bob assumed sole ownership and management of Krueger Realty in Valley Center.
